JETTI PETROLEUM CHAMPIONS BALIK YUHUM!

The Masskara Festival Balik Yuhum 2022 was a big hit as the Bacolodnons have celebrated this Major Festival in the country after a two year of hiatu. Jetti Petroleum made a big buzz in the said festival from October 07 to the 23rd, 2022 as its representatives bagged the Championship title for the Masskara Festival Circuit Race and Miss Bacolod Masskara – World crown.

Held October 15-16, 2022 at The Upper East, Megaworld, Bacolod City – Lemuel Nemeno, Jetti Petroleum Inc.’s representative for the Masskara Festival Circuit Race have won two (2) categories of the said race – Scooter Open 160CC & Backbone Open Categories. He was able to bag the 1st place trophy for the Backbone Open category and the 5th place for the Scooter Open 160cc category.

Lemuel started racing since 2017, participating in barangay motorcycle races in their area, and big motorcycle race events like Yamaha GP in Cebu and Davao. He stopped racing after a year due to lack of resources and support; he was grateful that he came back to racing this year because of the invitation from her cousin Riri Villocis and the support from Jetti Petroleum, Inc. Aside from being a Circuit Racer, he also excels in other racing stints like Flat Track Racing, Motocross Racing and Endurance Ride Challenges where he also finishes as one of the Top Finishers. The brand Jetti continues the campaign as the “GASOLINA NG BAYAN”, where all rider participants and non-rider participants visited the Jetti booth in the event venue. For 2 days it was all smiles at the Jetti booth with exciting activities such as promotional contest and a raffle draw for Jetti branded helmets. Riri Villocis – Motocross Champion and Content Creator graced the event for two (2) days and watch out for her Vlog content regarding her experience in the Balik Yuhum activities with Jetti!

Three days after the racing events, the brand Jetti continues to shine in the city of smiles as its very first Special Awardee and Brand Ambassadress, Janine Gelera captures the title of the Miss Bacolod Masskara – World.

Janine Gelera was Candidate #14 in the said pageant; she did stunning performances through her graceful pasarela walks during the Swimsuit and Evening Gown Competition. She also captured the hearts of the Judges and Bacolodnons through her winning answer in the Final Q&A portion round. She also won Best in Festival Costume Design Award after the Evening Gown Competition. She was awarded Miss Jetti Petroleum, Inc. in the Miss Bacolod Masskara – Corporate Awards Day held October 07, 2022.

Three (3) Crowns and Titles such as Miss Bacolod Masskara – Universe, Miss Bacolod Masskara – World and Miss Bacolod Masskara – International were given during the crowning moment, while the two (2) ladies were also named 2nd and 1st Runners-up.

Janine is a 21-year old from University of St. La Salle and advocate of HIV/AIDS Awareness. She will represent Bacolod City in the Miss World Philippines pageant in 2023. The Miss Bacolod Masskara Festival was hosted by two former Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Runners-up. Guest Judges are Celeste Cortesi – Miss Universe Philippines 2022, Tracy Maureen Perez – Miss World Philippines 2021, Hannah Arnold – Bb. Pilipinas International 2021, Cary Santiago – PH National Costume Designer, and Grand Winners of Ginoong Pilipinas & Mr. National Universe PH, and Jim Ryan Ros – Aces & Queens Business Development Manager.

***The Electric Masskara Float and Dance Off Competition was Powered by Jetti Petroleum, Inc. – Gasolina ng Bayan!***

One of the final culminating activities of the Masskara Festival was the Electric Masskara Float Parade and Dance-Off Competition held the 22nd of October where the floats from the 13 Barangays of Bacolod City were Powered by Jetti Petroleum, Inc. The routes of the floats were started from The Upper East Megaworld going to Bacolod City New Government Center (BCGC) where the Jetti NGC Villamonte Station is across of the said final location point.
