RCBC Bankard launches Online Travel Fair with discounted fares and cash rebates
RCBC Bankard Services Corp., the credit card arm of the Yuchengco-led bank, recently launched an Online Travel Fair in partnership with several top airline carriers, which will run until Sept. 30, 2022.
Special airline deals are available to RCBC Bankard cardholders with the following airline carriers on the following travel dates: United Airlines (Aug 1 to 31); Japan Airlines or JAL (Aug 8 to 20); AirAsia (Aug 22 to 28); Qantas (Sept 1-15); Cathay Pacific (Sept 16 to 18); Oman Air (Sept 19 to 30).
“RCBC Bankard launched an Online Travel Fair to make sure that our cardholders will receive not only top card benefits but also outstanding deals,” said Ma. Angela C. Mirasol, RCBC Bankard First Vice President and Marketing Group Head.
During this period, RCBC Bankard Mastercard, Visa, and JCB cardholders will also get up to P10,000 rebate on their accumulated domestic and international airline spend until September 30.
“We hope that this will encourage our cardholders to book their airline tickets and enjoy traveling again.” Mirasol further said.
For the first half of the year, RCBC Bankard has seen a 50% upsurge in total credit card billings, from P26.4 billion 1st half 2021 to P39.5 billion 1st half of 2022.
