AXA Philippines opens doors of the first AXA Prime Development Center in Asia for next-generation leaders
To help shape ambitious professionals into next-generation leaders, AXA Philippines, one of the country’s leading insurance providers, unveils the AXA Prime Development Center in Makati City – the very first phygital (physical-digital) learning and development facility in Asia. The center is one of the key developments under AXA Prime, an elite program to help professionals become confident and empowered financial advisors and leaders.

The AXA Prime Development Center was built to support the holistic development of professionals and give them a boost in their career to unleash their full potential and fulfill their dreams while helping others with AXA’s comprehensive insurance product portfolio. Strategically located in Makati City, this innovation-centered facility aims to support AXA Prime members with various digital and specialized tools for learning and experiential training methods.
The AXA Prime Development Center has four key areas where distributors can engage in training. First is the Simulation Rooms which mimic three of the most common places that distributors meet with prospective customers, such as a coffee shop, a living room, and an office. Second, the Presentation Area has four 50-inch Smart TVs where distributors can simply connect their tablet’s screen to the TVs and deliver presentations to their guests. The proposals can also be readily generated right after the presentation.
This special facility also has an Amphitheater designed with rising tiers of cushioned seats and a TV to make sure distributors are at ease during their training period. Lastly, the main training area boasts of a state-of-the-art short-throw projector and speakers for the full training experience. The area can also expand to a town hall space and accommodate a bigger audience.
