M Lhuillier’s gifts for the Filipino community: Handwashing stations and water facilities

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, M Lhuillier has always emphasized the importance of maintaining proper hand hygiene.
In 2019, they turned over several handwashing facilities to various schools in the country. The financial services company built a handwashing and drinking station for Leandro G. Japos National High School in Banaybanay, Davao Oriental and school sinks for Wakat Elementary School in Nagcarlan, Laguna.
Several schools in Cebu, including SacSac Elementary School in Consolacion, Don Calixto C. Yongco, Sr. Elementary School in Mandaue City, and San Miguel Day Care Center in Lapu-Lapu City, were also given new hygiene facilities.
Aside from handwashing stations, M Lhuillier also built safe and clean water facilities for the residents of various Filipino communities. On May 31, 2019, M Lhuillier officially turned over a new deep-well water system to the residents of Barangay Bagtas in Tanza, Cavite. A newly renovated and improved water utility was also turned over through the company’s Tubig PangKalawakan project.
