A SALUTE TO OUR MODERN DAY HEROES SM MALL OF ASIA CELEBRATES NATIONAL HEROES DAY 2020
Each and every person has his own definition and image of a hero. This 2020, as our country continues to surmount the COVID-19 virus, a new and deeper definition and image of a hero was created. We call them our modern-day heroes. They don’t wear capes to save people, they wear protective medical suits instead. Furthermore, if our national heroes laying down their lives serve as testament of their undying love for our country and its people, it’s saving lives for our modern day heroes – our front liners.
This National Heroes Day, we honor not only the heroes of the past but also the modern day heroes who deserve to be acknowledged for their bravery and relentless service during this unprecedented times. With this, SM Mall of Asia in partnership with Platinum Fireworks and Aero 360 Enterprises, have prepared a special drone show tribute to our front liners to thank and show immense gratitude and support. Throughout the show, 100 drones will form different patterns that will remind us that the most paramount means for us to heal as one is to join hands with and ease the burden of our present-day heroes by taking part in small but indispensable acts of care, caution, and prayer. In doing so, we convey a strong message that we stand firm to not waste their inexhaustible effort and steadfast resolve to make our country A COVID-FREE PHILIPPINES.
