Cool Summer Vibe at Manifesto Salcedo
As soon as I walked into Manifesto Salcedo, I was immediately greeted by the pleasant scent of freshly brewed coffee, accompanied by the soft background music and lively decor that collectively created a welcoming atmosphere in the café.
I eagerly checked the menu and couldn’t immediately decide what to order as every option seemed equally appetizing. The summer season had clearly inspired the cafe’s culinary team, as each dish seemed more refreshing and mouth-watering than the last.
Coming in from the heat of the summer sun, I couldn’t resist trying the Phyto Fiber Boost smoothie. Made with a healthy blend of pineapple, apple, celery, and ginger, it packed a zesty punch that instantly woke up my taste buds. On my next visit, I will also definitely try their C Major smoothie, which combines the Vitamin C-packed flavors of orange and strawberries, mixed with banana into a creamy, dreamy concoction.
But it was avocado on toast that truly captured my tastebuds. Topped with fresh basil and capers, it had a distinct summery flavor that made me feel like I was lounging on an Aussie beach. And the muesli with fruits, honey, and yogurt was a refreshing and satisfying combination of textures and flavors that left me feeling energized and ready to take on the day.
A refreshing and delightful treat is an essential part of any summer day, and the waffle topped with blueberry, ice cream, and honey was just what I needed to stay cool. Manifesto Salcedo, nestled in the center of the busy city, provided a peaceful oasis where I could enjoy every mouth-watering bite
As if the food and drinks weren’t enough to make me fall in love with this place, I had the pleasure of chatting with the senior barista, who was both knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He shared with me his love for coffee art, and I was amazed by the intricate rosetta he created on top of my flat white which looked too good to drink.
Overall, my visit to Manifesto Salcedo was a delightful respite from the daily grind. The cafe’s welcoming and cozy ambiance, complemented by its scrumptious and invigorating summer menu, revitalized my spirit and left me excited to revisit. I can’t wait to see what other surprises the team has in store for the next season!
