After opening its ArcoVia restaurant in the east and the Alabang Town Center in the south just recently, Popeyes is opening back-to-back its third restaurant at SM City San Lazaro in Santa Cruz, Manila. Their newest store will also be the first Popeyes branch to open at an SM Mall.
